This is the beginning of the collection of family members tombstones at the Pine Grove Cemetery, in Davison (old part which used to be Seeleyville), Genesee County, Michigan.

Israel Hill Family Plot |
This is the main Hill marker stone for Israel and his family. It is located in the South East corner of the Cemetery. The small stones in front of the large Hill marker, are L-R: Israel, Alice, Walter, Minnie, and Lillie.
This can also be viewed on the plot map of Pine Grove Cemetery (Located on this site) it is located in "Section A" number "A2"

The star and flag next to his stone, is for Israel's service in the Civil War.

Walter R. Hill |
This gravestone was so impacted in the ground we carefully removed the dirt away from the front edge to get to the dates. This area will be restored next summer, as the stones are sinking deep.

As odd as it may seem, there are no mistakes on this page, and yes, unfortunately Israel and Alice lost both Lillie and Minnie on the same day 10 years after the other.
